| Our fleet is comprised of all late model vehicles. We have Sedans, Limousines (6, 8, and 10 passenger), SUV's, (5 & 18 passenger), Vans, Mini Coaches, and Buses. | |
| Is your office staffed 24 hours a day? | |
| Yes. Our office will respond to your needs 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays | |
| How can I contact Jade Limousine, Inc.? | |
| When you complete an "On Line Service Request Form" you will receive an immediate response with contact information and instructions. An Account Executive will also be calling you back to answer any questions, confirm vehicle availability, and provide you with a "Service Confirmation Number". | Are you properly licensed and insured? | |
| Yes. Jade Limousine, Inc. exceeds all state and federal minimum requirements. We are licensed and registered by the State of California Public Utilities Commission with an "A" rated carrier. | |
| Can you support large events? | |
| Jade Limousine Inc. encourages our clients to inquire about our Event Planning & Logistical Services. We provide for your comprehensive event needs, from basic planning to all transportation requirements including event staffing and communication center dispatch. An account executive will be assigned to your program and he/she will be your single point of contact, accessible to you 24 hours a day until completion of your program. Our ability to support details, with immediate action on last minute additions and emergency situations provide you with a dedicated support team. We have and supported event sizes from 20 to 500 people. Any size event you have, we have the capability to handle. | |
| How can I create an account? | |
| Complete an "On Line Service Request Form" or e-mail us at: info@JadeLimousine.com and an account executive will be in contact with you to complete the details. | |
| What forms of payment do you accept? | |
| We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Traveler's Checks, and Cash. | |
| How can I get a receipt? | |
| This detail will be facilitated when you speak with your account executive and can be done via email, fax, or send your receipt via U.S. mail. | |
| How can I make a reservation? | |
| Complete an "On Line Service Request Form" and you will receive an immediate response with contact information and instructions. An Account Executive will also be calling you back with vehicle availability and a confirmation number. | |
| How far in advance do I need to make a reservation? | |
| We have the capabilities depending on availability to respond within 2 hours. At least one days notice would be greatly appreciated however. For special occasions please give yourself a week in advance to ensure your requested vehicle. | |
| What is your cancellation policy? | |
| We have a 4 hour cancellation policy on transfers. Full charge will be applied within the 4 hour time frame. All Prom events have a 50% cancellation charge. Special events in specialized vehicles will require an advanced deposit. Concessions can be made for clients that have done business with us in the past and are in good standing. | |
| Where does my driver meet me for my arrival? | |
| For all domestic flight arrivals your driver will
meet you in baggage claim with a sign reading your last name. On
international arrivals you will be met outside of customs with a sign
reading your last name. *please verify with the representative that is making your reservation as each airport has their own security procedures. |

| Do you monitor the flights? | |
| Yes. We monitor all flights with a variety of tools including flight checking programs, internet resources, and airline phone services. | |
| What if I can't find my driver? | |
| Our dispatchers are in constant contact with the drivers by two-way radios and cell phones. If ever you have difficulty locating your driver you can call our offices and a dispatcher will contact your driver to help you locate each other. Please do not leave your pick up location without calling first or a full charge may be required. | |
